    - Print-on-demand item(s) usually take 1-7 business days to process. Orders including personalized items will take an additional 1-3 business days to process. Standard shipping times for domestic shipments are 3–10 business days, and for international shipments, they are 7–20 business days to reach your destination country from the time the order has a tracking number.

  2. Final delivery is usually handled by your local postal agency. Actual shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location's postal service.

  3. During peak seasons and periods of high demand, carrier services may require an additional 5-10 business days to ship products anywhere.

Return

  • If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via Contact Form within 14 days of order delivery to explain your grievance. Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

  • There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.
